The Dignity in Action drive ended Sunday after collecting essential hygiene items to support the unsheltered, and organizers plan to distribute care bags with meal service on April 18 at Street Level Cape Girardeau (volunteer spots are still open).
Autism Awareness of Southeast Missouri is hosting its first Autism Color Walk and Roll at Jackson City Park on Sunday, Apr.
26, starting at 11:30 a.m. with free resource booths and continuing at 1 p.m. with a one-mile color walk. Nearly 450 local community members have registered.
