- ➤ Local leaders and SEMO students toured West Park Mall with Nick Martin — president of Pilot Construction Solutions — to see ongoing renovations and new store openings. Ulta will open on May 9 and PetSmart is set to open on April 24 as the mall continues its redevelopment. KFVS12
- ➤ The Small Business Development Center at Southeast Missouri State University will host seven free workshops for National Small Business Week from May 4-10 in Kennett, Dexter and online to help local business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs grow — covering topics like strategic growth, marketing, staffing, branding and AI integration.
