Buttheadz Growers Club hosted its second annual 4/20 festival on Sunday in Cape Girardeau, using the event to grow its network from one garden to 16 beds and donate thousands of pounds of produce while supporting local vendors — organizers plan a third festival next year.

Projects in southeast Missouri will reduce Route M to one lane daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. through April 30 + Farmington’s northbound ramp from Route 67 to Route 32 will close overnight from 7 p.m. Tuesday to 6 a.m. Wednesday; Cadiz’s KY 124/Cerulean Road closes through May 30.
