Cape Girardeau will host its 4th Annual Riverfront Fall Festival on October 25 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Kellerman Foundation Parking Lot, Water Street, Themis Street and Riverfront Park along the flood wall—featuring artisan vendors, food, children's activities and live music.
